Complete Control Services, Inc. (“CCS”) provides an SMS/MMS messaging service for operational and work-related communications, including field service notifications and after-hours service-dispatch notifications to authorized CCS employees.
Enrollment and Consent
Employees are enrolled only after they expressly agree to receive CCS work-related SMS/MMS service-dispatch notifications at their mobile number.
The employee provides their mobile number to an authorized CCS manager or office administrator and agrees to receive these notifications. An authorized administrator then records the employee’s consent in the private CCS Dispatch system.
Employees are not automatically enrolled based solely on employment with CCS. Customer phone numbers submitted through CCS service-request forms are not enrolled in this employee messaging program.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on field service activity, service requests, and on-call assignments. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS/MMS messages. Employees may also request removal through CCS management.

Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Delivery
Message delivery is subject to wireless carrier and network availability. CCS cannot guarantee delivery or timing of individual messages.
